I realized that when I’m dressed properly and I just get myself moving, the cold doesn’t really bother me that much. I’m thankful that the challenge brought that revelation. Now of course, the few days that it was 8 degrees out, I did wish it was a smidge warmer. The 30’s and 40’s the next week seemed tropical!
Sticking to working out every day for that month was a big accomplishment, and I’m excited to have done so. I’m looking forward to breaking up the routine a bit this month with some zumba and boxing in addition to running and walking.
