I was lucky enough to receive 6 new flavors from Chobani’s “Blends” line to try out – they are delicious! My favorite was the 2% mango blended variety. I popped a cup into my ice cream machine and ended up with a super creamy and yummy frozen yogurt – or fro-cho! One cup contains 215 calories and 27 grams of sugar, but it also contains a whopping 17 grams of protein and 20% of your daily calcium needs. It’s a good substitute for ice cream when you’re craving a cold treat.
I did a little experimenting with the new peach blended flavor, which has little bits of chopped peaches in the yogurt. I also had some apples lying around, so I decided to make some peachy-keen apple muffins! Delicious - check out the recipe.
